These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 38okbajee ("Platform", "we", "us") and all its users ("you", "user"). By using the 38okbajee website or application, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000.
• If you deposit ৳22,000 → maximum bonus ৳10,000 → total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must place bets worth 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• A bonus can be claimed only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse — placing artificial or planned bets to obtain a bonus.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.
• Selling or transferring account access to a third party.

38okbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• A court order or directive from a government authority.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our 24/7 live chat. Before closing the account, make sure all your funds have been withdrawn.

8.2 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of the terms, a decision on the return of funds will be made based on the circumstances involved. Bonus funds will not be returned under any circumstances.
